Worksighted – Branding

The challenge

Worksighted are a rapidly growing managed IT service provider based in Michigan. After more than a decade of growth and evolution, they had outgrown their existing branding, they were transforming into a national business. Worksighted needed a refreshed brand that would stay true to their friendly, helpful mid-western manners, but be grown-up enough to cover the US.

Where I came in

I worked for this client as part of the agency, Fifty Five and Five in 2022 and 2023. (You can see their full case study of the project here.) I was brought into this project as the primary copywriter. Through a number of discovery calls and workshops, we got an pretty strong idea of what Worksighted’s approach to managed IT was.

After developing a new value proposition, tone of voice guidelines and messaging document, I worked with the rest of the writing team and the design studio to begin to write the web copy below. Worksighted launched their refreshed branding in summer 2023.
